- What is an eStatement?
An eStatement is an electronic version of your paper statement that you can view online.

- How do I sign up for eStatements?
- Log in to Online Account Manager using your existing user name and password (new users click here to create a user name and password).
- Click on "Change Billing Method" from the menu on the left.
- Select "Electronic Statement" and click "Submit".
You will receive an email confirming your new billing choice.

- Can I sign up for eStatements if the account is in a name other than my own?
Yes, however be sure to use the correct name of the account holder and the account number as it appears on the monthly paper statement.

- After signing up, how long will it take to receive my first eStatement?
You will receive an email notification in approximately 4-6 weeks that your eStatement is available online for viewing.

- How will I know when to pay my statement?
Once you've registered to use Bright House Networks Online Account Manager, it should take approximately 4-6 weeks, depending on your billing cycle, before you receive your first email notification letting you know your monthly eStatement is available.

- My eStatement is late, what should I do?
If your normal billing cycle has passed and you have not received an email notification that your eStatement is available, or your new eStatement is not available on the Online Account Manager , contact Customer Care. Depending on billing cycles, the exact day you receive your eStatement each month may vary. Remember, that it can take 4-6 weeks before you receive your first eStatement email notification.
