The $4.99/month TIMEguard Plus service protection plan is now included FREE of charge to all Home Phone customers! TIMEguard Plus covers all Bright House Networks services including cable, High Speed Internet and Home Phone. With TIMEguard or TIMEguard Plus, you'll never see a bill for service calls to repair cable, wiring or other Bright House Networks products that are accidentally damaged.
TIMEguard is $3.79/month for all Interactive TV and High Speed Internet customers. Home Phone customers get TIMEguard Plus, a $4.99/month value, for FREE.
What do TIMEguard and TIMEguard Plus cover?
TIMEguard covers cable and High Speed Internet from Bright House Networks. TIMEguard Plus covers cable, High Speed Internet and Home Phone from Bright House Networks.
These protection plans cover:
- Service calls to your home.
- Education and information on all Bright House Networks cable equipment.
- Repair of underground or aerial cable accidentally damaged by you, the resident or homeowner, as a result of gardening or construction on your property.
What is not covered?
- Repairs to any non-Bright House Networks equipment such as TVs, VCRs, telephones, amplifiers, A/B switches or computer-related equipment.
- Installation charges for initial connections.
