1. Describe Interactive TV. 

Interactive TV delivers a digital signal to your home with a reliable fiber optic network. Interactive TV provides digital pictures, CD-quality sound and access to a greater variety of channels on your existing television. There are no expensive satellite dishes or antennas to buy.

2. Explain how Interactive TV is different from satellite and wireless services? 

With Bright House Networks Interactive TV, you are not required to sign a service contract or purchase expensive satellite dishes or antennas. We won't cut down trees to secure line of sight, and our signal is unaffected by the weather, unlike satellite and wireless services. Only Bright House Networks Interactive TV gives you access to Premium movie channels (more than any satellite service) plus On Demand programming, which allows you to start programs when you want, and pause, fast forward and rewind them with your remote. Bright House Networks Interactive TV customers receive 70 channels of free Standard Cable including 19 local channels on all additional outlets at no additional cost.

Only Bright House Networks offers the Combo package, allowing you to save money on Interactive TV and High Speed Internet packages.

3. What is the difference between Interactive TV and Standard Cable? 

With Interactive TV you get a crystal clear picture, CD-quality sound and more channels -- including 46 music channels and more than 40 Digital Premier Pack channels like Discovery Health, Lifetime Real Women and ESPN Classic. Interactive TV also brings you access to Sports packages, 59 Premium movie channels, Nuestros Canales (our Hispanic channel tier) and On Demand programming which allows you to start programs whenever you want and pause, fast forward and rewind with your remote. Navigator interactive on-screen guide is available only to Interactive TV customers. Navigator is a complete program guide that can be used without changing channels.

4. Do I need to buy a special television to get Interactive TV? 

No, you do not need a special television. Interactive TV works with your existing TV.

5. What is the installation cost of Interactive TV? 

Installation usually costs about $19.95 for new customers and $4.95 for current customers.

6. What is included with Interactive TV? 

With Interactive TV, you receive a converter, remote control, the Navigator interactive on-screen guide, 70 Standard Cable channels, more than 40 Digital Premier Pack channels and access to iCONTROL video on demand products. You can add 59 Premium movie channels. As a new Interactive TV customer, you'll also receive a coupon for a free Movies on Demand movie.

7. Can I get a discount if I want Interactive TV and High Speed Internet service? 

Yes. You can save money by ordering the Combo, a specially priced package that brings you Interactive TV and High Speed Internet with a choice of Road Runner High Speed Online or EarthLink High Speed Internet.

9. Can I make payments, or drop off and pick up equipment at the Demonstration Centers? 

No. The Demonstration Centers are designed to give consumers a chance to experience a variety of our products and services.
