After twelve months of Home Phone service, customers are responsible for the phone modem backup battery replacement. If your backup battery stops working within the first twelve months of receiving your home phone service from Bright House Networks, please call us at 1-888-275-5887 and we will replace your battery at no charge.Back to Top
