  1. How can I obtain my call detail records?

    You can request call detail records for your outbound billable calls in person (please bring a government-issued photo ID), by phone (the statement will be mailed to you), or online at cfl.mybrighthouse.com > Home Phone > Call Detail Statement.

  2. What will I be able to view on the Home Phone Call Detail Statement?

    The Home Phone Call Detail Statement allows you to view details for all outbound billable calls that you have initiated. The statement does not provide a summary of inbound calls or non-billable calls.

  3. How do I obtain a username and password to view my call details online?

    To obtain a temporary username and password, you must call the Bright House Networks Login Creation Hotline at (866) 809-8247 from your home phone.

  4. If I already have an account setup to view my call details, do I still need to obtain a new username and password?

    No, your current username and password will still work. If you forget your username or password you will need to call the Login Creation Hotline at (866) 809-8247.

  5. Do I have to obtain a username and password for each of the Home Phone numbers on my account?

    No. The username and password that you will receive can be applied for use with both of your Home Phone numbers.

  6. I have forgotten my password for viewing my call details, how can I get a new password?

    You will have to contact the Login Creation Hotline at (866) 809-8247 to obtain a new username and password.

  7. Can I call from anywhere to obtain a username and password to get my call details?

    No. You must call the Bright House Networks Login Creation Hotline from your home phone.

  8. I am a new customer. Why does the system tell me it can’t find my account when I call the Login Creation Hotline?

    If you are a new customer, it may take up to 48 hours for your account to be processed in our system. Please wait to call the Login Creation Hotline until 48 hours after your account was set up.

  9. Why do I need to wait for the Login Creation Hotline to call me back to obtain my temporary username and password to obtain my call details?

    Calling you on your home phone ensures that we are protecting your privacy and validates your authority to set up a temporary username and password.

  10. Where do I login to view my call details?

    Once you have obtained a temporary username and password, you will need to go to cfl.mybrighthouse.com, then click on Call Detail Statement under Home Phone.

  11. Can I select my own username and password to view my call details?

    Once you have obtained a temporary username and password, you will be prompted to change your username and password when you log into the Home Phone Call Detail Statement.

  12. Can I obtain a new username and password online, without calling the Bright House Networks Login Creation Hotline?

    No. You must call the Login Creation Hotline at (866) 809-8247 from your home phone to obtain a temporary username and password.

    No. You will need to contact your local customer service office for additional billing questions.
