  1. In addition to standard directory listings, you can request and receive additional information services by dialing 411. These include local movie times, locations and listings, Reverse Number Lookup, category search, lottery results, driving directions, time, weather, horoscopes, sports scores, restaurant reservations and stock quotes.

  2. How do I get Enhanced Directory Assistance information?

    You can get Enhanced Directory Assistance information by dialing 411 from your Home Phone. At the beginning of the Directory Assistance announcement, you will hear options to select English or Spanish and then either standard directory listings or Enhanced Directory Assistance.

    Your After a standard directory listing request is made by the 411 caller and the phone number is provided, the caller is provided an option to have the call automatically connected to the requested number by pressing “1”.

  9. Can I chose not to have the Directory Assistance call automatically completed?

    Yes. You can chose not to have the call automatically completed by simply hanging up after hearing the phone number you requested.

  10. Is there a charge for automatic call completion?

    No. There is no additional charge for automatic call completion. Automatic call completion is included in the per-call Directory Assistance rate of $1.20 per call.

  11. Is automatic call completion provided with Enhanced Directory Assistance information?

    No. Automatic call completion is not provided with Enhanced Directory Assistance requests. Automatic call completion is only provided for standard directory listing requests.

  12. What is the Unlimited Directory Assistance plan?

    Residential Home Phone customers will be provided unlimited calling to 411 for local and national listings in the 50 United States from their Home Phone for $4.95 per month. There will be no charge for local and national US directory listings on a per call basis for standard requests or Enhanced Directory Assistance requests.

    Bright House wants to make it easy for customers to take advantage of Enhanced Directory Assistance as much as they like for one known flat monthly bill. This way, customers do not need to worry about uncontrolled charges that can run up during the month.

  14. Are calls for Enhanced Directory Assistance included in the Unlimited Directory Assistance plan?

    Yes, for residential Home Phone customers only.

  15. Does the $4.95/month rate for the Unlimited Directory Assistance plan include directory assistance requests for non-US listings?

    No. The $4.95/month rate for Unlimited Directory Assistance only applies to Standard and Enhanced Directory information requests in the 50 United States. Directory information requests for countries outside of the 50 US states are billed individually at $9.50 per call.

    No. Unlimited Directory Assistance is available only to residential Home Phone customers.
