Frequency Relocation 

On Thursday, June 25, 2009 Bright House Networks will change the frequency it uses to deliver the digital channels listed below. This change only affects customers who receive programming through a digital-ready television (with a QAM turner) and do not have a converter (digital set-top box). These channels will remain on their existing channel location and same tier of service.

Customers with a digital-ready television (with a QAM turner) will need to rescan their television set to continue to view these channels. Customers with a TV set connected to a Bright House Networks converter (set top box), will see no interruption in their ability to view these channels, no action is required.
