AOL
- Once in your email account, click on the "Settings" link
- Select "Spam Controls" from the menu on the left
- Select "Custom" from the "Spam Filters by Address" drop down list
- Select the "Add Mail from" option and type our email into the blank field (info@mybrighthouse.messages3.com)
- Click the "Save" button at the top left of the page (above "Spam Controls")

Road Runner Webmail
- Open the email
- Next to the From field, click the envelope with a plus sign
- A new window will open, check mybrighthouse.com and click "OK"

Gmail Mark Wanted Emails as "NOT SPAM"
- Check the box next to the email(s) that you would like to mark as "NOT SPAM"
- Click the "NOT SPAM" button
- This action will move the email into your inbox and add the contact to your Safe Contact list

Hotmail To prevent Hotmail from banning important messages as spam:
- Select Options | More Options... from the Windows Live Hotmail toolbar (or just Options if you use Windows Live Hotmail classic)
- Follow the Safe and Blocked Senders link under Junk e-mail
- Click Safe Senders
- Type the email address or domain you want to put on the Safe Senders list in the field labeled "Mark as Safe" (Example: "mybrighthouse.com")
- Click Add to list

Outlook
- Click on the "Actions" menu at the top of your email window.
- Choose "Junk Email"
- Select "Add Sender's Domain" (@mybrighthouse.com) to Safe Senders List

Yahoo
- Open the email
- Click on the "Add to Address Book" link to the right of the sender's name
- Verify the sender's contact details
- Click "Add to Address Book"
